It has been 11 years since Kevin Thomas Parle was named as a suspect in two murder investigations, yet he has still not been questioned.

Why? Because shortly after a wanted appeal went out, Parle fled and has not been seen since.

Therefore, he has earned his place on the UK’s Most Wanted Criminals list – alongside 29 others wanted in connection with crimes including brutal murders, drug trafficking and child rape.

In fact, criminals with convictions dating back as far as the 1990’s are still on the run.

So today, Metro.co.uk is revealing the National Crime Agency’s Most Wanted across the United Kingdom.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of a wanted fugitive is asked to contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.

Kevin Thomas Parle

Parle is described as having a stocky build (Picture: National Crime Agency)

Parle is wanted in connection with the Liverpool murders of 16-year-old Liam Kelly in 2004 and Lucy Hargreaves, 22, in 2005.

Mother, Hargreaves, was shot and set on fire during her brutal ordeal.

Parle is described as having a stocky build, being 6ft 5ins in height and having ginger cropped hair.

Allan Foster

Foster has links to the Canary Islands and Majorca. (Picture: National Crime Agency)

Foster allegedly murdered David ‘Noddy’ Rice at the Marsden Bay Car Park in South Shields in May 2006.

Rice was found with fatal gunshot wounds. It is believed that Foster fled to Spain following the attack.

He is also wanted for two offences of conspiring to supply controlled drugs and the theft of a diamond ring.

Foster has links to the Canary Islands and Majorca.

He is also known to use the alias Shaun Michael Wilkinson.

Derek McGraw Ferguson

Ferguson is wanted in connection with the murder of Thomas Cameron in June 2007.

The father-of-three was shot dead at the Auchinairn Tavern, near Glasgow.

He is also wanted in relation to the death of William Bates, 43, whose body was found in an oil drum one month later.

The 53-year-old is described as being just over 5ft, with blue eyes and balding hair.

Christopher Guest More

More is wanted in connection with the 2003 murder of a man in Cheshire.

He and a number of accomplices travelled to a remote farmhouse after their demands for money were refused.

They reportedly assaulted the five people in the house, beating one so badly that he died at the scene.

More is also wanted for the attempted murder of a second man and for the false imprisonment and assault of other victims present during the incident.

A number of his accomplices have been arrested in relation to the incident – however More fled the United Kingdom and is believed to have flown to Spain.

He is known to use a number of aliases including Christopher Guest, Chris Guest, Christopher Moores and Christopher Moore.

Fatah Benlaredj

Fatah is wanted for the rape of a seven-year-old girl in May 2007.

He is believed to be between 35 and 40 years of age.

Benlaredj also uses the nickname Samir.

Simon McGuffie

Simon is wanted in suspicion of being a member of a Merseyside-based organised crime group.

The group are involved in the large-scale supply of cocaine, heroin and cannabis across the North West.

McGuffie, 41, has a scarred right arm and distinctive two inch scar to the right cheek.

Mark Quinn

He is described as 5ft 9ins tall, large build and has short brown hair. (Picture: National Crime Agency)

Mark, 52, is wanted on suspicion of supplying amphetamine.

Between August 2013 and April 2014 Quinn is believed to have been involved in an organised crime group transported and distributed amphetamine with a street value of over £11 million.

He is described as 5ft 9ins tall, large build and has short brown hair.

Dominic McInally

The 25-year-old is described as 5ft 8ins tall and has blonde hair (Picture: National Crime Agency)

McInally is the alleged leader of a drug trafficking gang that expected to bank £1.25 million every month.

Members of the gang travelled to the border of France and Belgium to pick up six kilos of cocaine.

The package, which as found in a hidden compartment inside a Seat Leon car, was spotted by police officers when they swooped on the gang near Crosby in January 2014.

McInally fled and evaded capture. Five members of the gang have received sentences totalling 48 years.

The 25-year-old is described as 5ft 8ins tall and has blonde hair.

Mark Acklom

Mark Acklom, 43, is wanted on suspicion of fraud by false representation.

In 2012, he allegedly started a ‘romantic relationship’ with a woman from Bath, which became serious over time – so much so that marriage was reportedly discussed.

She said that he first claimed to work in the banking world in Switzerland and was very wealthy, and then later he went on to say he worked for an intelligence agency.

After a while, Acklom allegedly said he had cash flow problems that were hindering renovation work at one of the properties he wanted them to live in – so the woman loaned him several large amounts of cash.

The total ‘loaned’ was £850,000. Acklom later disappeared and the woman never received her money back.

He is described as 5ft 10ins tall, medium build, dark brown hair and green eyes.

Sarah Panitzke

Panitzke is wanted by HMRC for conspiracy to acquire criminal property.

The 42-year-old was a senior member of a crime group involved in a VAT fraud, which took place in destinations including Dubai, Spain and Andorra.

The total Sarah is responsible for laundering is an estimated £1 billion.

She fled in May 2013 towards the end of her trial – which saw her convicted in her absence.

Panitzke was sentenced to eight years in prison in August 2013. Eighteen members of the crime group received sentences totalling 135 years.

Sarah is described as 5ft 5ins tall, slim build with mousy straight hair, blue eyes and has a Yorkshire accent.

Jonathon Kelly

Kelly is wanted on recall to prison to serve remaining sentence of nine years 10 months for a number of serious assaults.

He is said to be extremely violent and poses a high risk to both police and members of the public.

Kelly was convicted at various courts for a number of offences between 2002 and 2010.

He received sentences in excess of 16 years, and in September 2013 he was released on licence but fled.

Offences convicted by the wanted 36-year-old include an assault to severe injury and danger of life, robbery, assault to severe injury and permanent disfigurement, breach of the peace and having a sharply pointed implement in prison.

In one of his most serious assaults, Kelly stabbed and paralysed his victim using a machete.

He is described as 5ft 9ins tall, heavy build, blue/grey eyes, short brown hair, Scottish accent, and occasionally has a beard.

He also has scars to the left and right side of the face, on his arms and his right hand.

Jamie Acourt

Jamie Acourt, 40, is wanted on suspicion of conspiracy to supply cannabis resin between January 2014 and February 2016.

He is believed to be a principal member of an organised crime group involved in the large-scale supply of cannabis.

Jamie is described as 5ft 6ins tall, athletic build, pale complexion, dark brown hair, brown eyes, and sometimes wears glasses.

Shane O’Brien

In October 2015, Shane O’Brien visited RE Bar in Eastcote, Hillingdon, with a group of friends.

It is alleged that the 28-year-old approached Josh Hanson, 21, from Kingsbury, who was with his girlfriend at the bar, removed an item from his coat pocket and plunged it into his neck.

Josh was pronounced dead at the scene.

Shane is described as 6ft tall white man with dark brown hair and a London accent.

He has a birthmark on his face and a tattoo with the wording ‘Shannon 15-04-06’ on his back.

O’Brien is believed to be in Europe and has changed his appearance significantly since Josh’s murder, with long hair, a full beard and a new tattoo of an owl holding a skull.

He has been using the Italian aliases Enzo Melloncelli and Enzo Machado.

A £50,000 reward is available for information leading to O’Brien’s arrest and prosecution.

David John Walley

Between November 2012 and January 2013 several deliveries were made to an address in Manchester.

Shortly after, police intercepted one of the parcels and found MDMA and cocaine inside.

It is alleged that Walley arranged the importation of the drugs.

He was spotted during a routine traffic stop check by Amsterdam Police in 2014, however managed to flee after identifying himself as another person and producing a fake passport.

Walley is described as 5ft 8ins tall with a Northern accent. His upper tooth is chipped and others are rotten or missing.

He has the name ‘Natalie’ tattooed on his right arm blue bordered by scroll emblem as well as a tattoo of Manchester City Football Club emblem with dragon and lion.

David Ungi

He is described as white with mousy hair and around 5ft in height (Picture: National Crime Agency)

David fled in July 2015 after he and two associates were in a vehicle in Garston, Liverpool, which police believe rammed a motorcycle carrying two males.

A single shot from a 12-gauge shotgun was fired – killing teenager Vinny Waddington and injuring his friend.

Ungi, 24, is also alleged to be involved in the unlawful distribution of controlled drugs in the Liverpool area.

He is described as white with mousy hair and around 5ft in height.

Shazad Ghafoor

Ghafoor took a courtesy car from a dealership in Manchester in August 2013 using a driving license in another person’s name.

He crashed the car, which was also carrying his wife and two children, following a police pursuit in Halifax.

Cash to the value of up to £100,000 was recovered at the scene – with traces of heroin, cocaine and cannabis on the notes.

He was charged with fraud, possession of criminal property, dangerous driving and disqualified driving.

Ghafoor was also charged with possession of cannabis with intent to supply after a vehicle was searched in Withington in November 2013 and cannabis worth £245,000 was found.

A separate seizure of cannabis worth £24,000 saw Ghafoor charged with possession of cannabis again in 2014.

He was due to appear in court but failed to answer his bail, meaning another warrant was issued for his arrest.

Ghafoor is described as a 5ft 11ins Asian man with a pockmark on his right cheek, a scar on the right of his nose and a scar on his right hand.

Mehmet Salih

Salih is accused of being involved in a conspiracy to supply cocaine between 2010 and 2011.

In 2011, he allegedly visited Lincolnshire to deliver a quantity of cocaine that was subsequently recovered by the police.

He was arrested and was in possession of £20,000. Salih was released on bail to appear at a police station later in the year but failed to attend.

He is a Cypriot national and has a scar on his right eye.

Costas Sampson

In August 2012, Sampson was found guilty of raping a girl he met at a nightclub in London in February 2010.

The girl was unwell after drinking a drink from a stranger and Sampson offered to take her home – telling her friend that he was a medical expert.

Costas later raped the girl at her flat while she was incapacitated, before stealing her mobile phone, her flatmate’s laptop and a games console.

He is described as a Mediterranean man aged between 20 and 25-years-old.

He is also known to use the name Kostas.

Timur Mehmet

Mehmet is described as a slim man, aged 40 to 45-years-old. (Picture: National Crime Agency)

Mehmet played a role in a conspiracy to cheat the public revenue by operating a Missing Trader Intra-community (MTIC) fraud.

He caused a loss to the UK of £25 million.

After appearing in court in 2007, he was warned that if he failed to return for the trial he could be sentenced in his absence.

He fled and was sentenced to eight years – however has not been seen since.

Mehmet is described as a slim man, aged 40 to 45-years-old.

 

Christakis Philippou

Philippou was involved in conspiracies where he and his co-defendants repeatedly set out to acquire travel agency businesses which were used as vehicles for fraud.

Between 2004 and 2006 the travel agencies attracted customers by offering cut-price holidays – the prices were so low that legitimate companies could not compete with them.

In each case, the travel agency ceased to trade, leaving customers without a holiday.

The scam defrauded an estimated 20,000 people.

Philippou is known to use the name Christakis Chrysostomou.

Ersin Mustafa

Mustafa is believed to have been involved in insider dealing with seven other individuals between 2006 and 2008.

While employed at the London branch of investment bank JP Morgan Cazenove, he allegedly obtained information about future acquisitions and mergers, which were provided to others who then traded using this information.

The group made approximately £2.5 million in criminal profits and in July 2008 Mustafa was arrested by the City of London Police and then released on bail.

It is believed he fled the UK around December 2009.

He is described as a stocky Mediterranean man aged between 35 and 40 years.

 

Ozgur Demir

Demir is wanted in connection with conspiracy to supply 17.83 kg of diamorphine.

Three others have already been convicted in connection with this offence.

Demir is a Turkish national, described as having thinning hair.

 

Osman Aydeniz

Aydeniz is also wanted in connection with conspiracy to supply 17.83 kg of diamorphine.

The 35 to 40-year-old is also wanted for conspiracy to commit theft and transferring criminal property.

He is described as a Cypriot national with dark hair.

Mark Liscott

Liscott, who is originally from Great Barr, Birmingham, was sentenced to nine years in prison in January 2005 after he was caught supplying cannabis.

After serving part of his sentence, he was released on licence and fled.

He is believed to have gotten involved in the distribution of drugs, working with organised crime groups in both Nottingham and London.

Liscott has a surgical scar on his back.

Rezgar Zangana

The 30 to 35-year-old is described as a 5ft 9ins Iraqi national with black hair. (Picture: National Crime Agency)

In 2006, Rezgar posed as a private hire taxi driver to pick up his 25-year-old female victim in Glasgow before driving her to a private dwelling and raping her.

He was convicted of the rape but is still to be sentenced for the offence.

The 30 to 35-year-old is described as a 5ft 9ins Iraqi national with black hair.

Michael Paul Moogan

Moogan is accused of being involved in a conspiracy to import cocaine into the UK in 2013. (Picture: National Crime Agency)

Moogan is believed to be linked to a Rotterdam cafe raided in 2013 as part of a series of coordinated strikes in the UK and the Netherlands.

The cafe was reportedly used as an operations centre for international drug traffickers.

It is believed that dealers met there for negotiations with cartels and for arranging the financing and transportation of huge quantities of drugs.

Moogan is accused of being involved in a conspiracy to import cocaine into the UK in 2013.

He has blue eyes and a tattoo of a cross and a large crucifix on his left arm.

John Barton

Barton was sentenced to 20 years imprisonment in 2003 after being convicted for conspiring to import a commercial amount of heroin into the UK between 1999 and 2000.

He fled prior to the sentencing.

The criminal is believed to have links to Fuengirola in Spain.

Shashi Dhar Sahnan

Sahnan is accused of being involved in the importation of controlled Class A drugs, Heroin, into the UK.

The huge quantity of drugs, which were concealed in packaging surrounding air conditioning units, was seized by HM Revenue and Customs during a joint operation with Leicestershire police in 2007.

Customs officers found the drugs hidden in the struts of pallets upon which the machinery was being transported.

Born in India, Sahnan has brown eyes and wears an overt hearing aid in his right ear.

Daniel Dugic

Dugic is suspected of being involved in a conspiracy to import 255 kilos of cocaine along with a number of other individuals – who were all convicted in June 2011.

He is alleged to have played a major part in organising the importation.

Daniel Bowes

Bowes and a number of co-conspirators were believed to be involved in importation of cocaine from the Netherlands to the UK between 2011 and 2012.

The 47-year-old was allegedly involved in the day to day running of the operation.

It is claimed that he provided a link between the head of the organised crime group, their contacts and the delivery drivers.
