Follow the rose on the journey to the World Cup, starting in South Africa

England face South Africa in a three-Test tour this summer and you can watch every game live on Sky Sports.

It's a trip that Eddie Jones has labelled as their "most exciting challenge as a group since 2016" and it's one that they will be navigating with an amalgamation of experienced individuals and newer faces.

The three-Test series will be shown live on Sky Sports Action and preceding it will be the Quilter Cup match against the Barbarians at Twickenham Stadium on May 27, also live on the same channel.

When Jones announced his squad, the head coach chose to spell out the side's win record against the Springboks in South Africa - no doubt to sharpen the focus of those selected.

England have won just 23 per cent of their matches against the Springboks in South Africa and their last win was back in 2000 in Bloemfontein.

Bloemfontein will be the venue for the side's second Test on June 16 with the tour starting in Johannesburg a week prior and finishing in Cape Town on June 23.

Jones' squad named for this tour has a mixture of old and new. This summer some established players like England's most-capped scrum-half Danny Care have been rested and captain Dylan Hartley misses out while he recovers from concussion symptoms.
