Broker Specializing In Idaho Farmland Says Shortage Of Irrigated Ground Leaves Buyers Wanting More

Idaho Farm Land - Stacey Budell, Broker

Idaho real estate broker Stacey Budell at Dickerson Land Group says a shortage of irrigated Idaho farmland is leaving big buyers in need of more inventory.

I have growers who are begging me for new large acreage farm ground, but there is not enough on the market to satisfy the diversity of the demand.”

CALDWELL, IDAHO, USA, March 19, 2014 /EINPresswire.com/ -- The shortage of real estate inventory goes all the way to the top of the realty food chain, according to Idaho agricultural land broker Stacey Budell of Dickerson Land Group in Caldwell.

Budell, whose decades-long expertise as a real estate agent and broker includes residential, recreational, commercial and agricultural land, says that low home inventories are old news, but that many people aren't aware that Idaho farm land is also in short supply.

She says that's because there are a lot of owners who don't know they are sitting on agricultural land that is much more valuable than they thought.

"I have growers who are begging me for new large acreage farm ground, but there is not enough on the market to satisfy the diversity of the demand," she says.

According to Budell, even timber land is wanted by many of her contacts in the agribusiness industry, but the best she can do is put them on a waiting list for when new properties come on the market.

"I have buyers interested in all sizes and types of Idaho farms, from 40 acres on up to 1000+ acres, irrigated and non-irrigated, timber or food crops," she says. "These buyers are interested in farm land virtually anywhere in Idaho."

Budell's expertise in buying and selling Idaho land of all types has helped her establish great relationships with Idaho's land owners and investors. She says her commercial pilot's license also allows her to take clients to see farmland listings from the air.

"I recommend that landowners, especially those who own 1000+ acres of Idaho farmland, whether it's irrigated or not, give me a call to discuss their land values" Budell says.

She says they may be surprised to find their farm land is worth quite a bit more than they thought.

"Owners can visit www.idaho4homes.com to find out how much their Idaho farm land could be worth in today's real estate market," says Budell.
