Commencement ceremonies continue for 2021 graduates at the University of Missouri

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

The University of Missouri will continue graduation festivities in the first of two weekends of ceremonies for 2021 graduates.

Students receiving master's degrees will be the ones to take the stage Saturday, with three graduations scheduled throughout the day.

Saturday's graduation schedule:

8 a.m.

  • Master’s degrees in Business
  • Master’s degrees in Data Science and Informatics
  • Master’s degrees in Engineering
  • Master’s degrees in Journalism

11:15 a.m.

  • Master’s degrees in Agriculture, Food and Natural Resources
  • Master’s degrees in Education
  • Master’s degrees in Human Environmental Science
  • Master’s degrees in Medicine
  • Master’s degrees in Veterinary Medicine
  • Education Specialist degrees

2:30 p.m.

  • Master’s degrees in Arts and Science
  • Master’s degrees in Health Professions

A livestream will be available on Mizzou's website for family and friends unable to attend in person.

For those attending, doors open one hour prior to the beginning of the ceremony.

Each graduate was allotted six tickets for family and friends to attend, masks are required to be worn by all those attending.

Each group of six will be put in a socially distanced pod and will be asked to remain in their seats throughout the ceremony.

Parking is also available in all lots surrounding Mizzou Arena.
