The downtown McKinney eatery’s weekend brunch menu includes dishes like pulled pork Benedict, chile rubbed rib-eye with scrambled eggs and breakfast potatoes, French toast with whipped cream and orange anglaise and a pulled salmon sandwich with kale, miso aioli and crispy onion. The dinner menu includes dishes such as spaghetti squash hush puppies with green chile harissa and peach chutney, a ham and cheese board with pickles and jams, grilled gulf oysters with smoked Monterey Jack, short rib with mushroom sauce and braised collard greens, crawfish pot pie, and a fried chicken sandwich with a house-made pickle and creamy lemon aioli.
