POULTRY Association of Zambia (PAZ) Executive Manager Dominic Chanda says the country has enough capacity to supply chickens to both the local and international markets. The Ministry of Small and Medium Enterprises Development recently revealed that the government is finalising documentation to actualise the exportation of chickens to Saudi Arabia. Last year, government disclosed that a renowned multi-million dollar company had expressed interest in doing poultry business with Zambia.
