The total supply of goods in the EU increased significantly from 583.179 million euros in 2023 to 677.629 million euros in 2024, reflecting a rise of 94.450 million euros. Spain showed the most significant increase among EU countries, rising from 347.019 million euros in 2023 to 449.202 million euros in 2024, an increase of 102.183 million euros. Meanwhile, France recorded a slight decline from 206.972 million euros to 197.213 million euros, a 9.759 million euro decrease.
Other EU regions like Martinique, Guadeloupe, Cyprus, and Portugal showed minor fluctuations, with Guadeloupe increasing from 55.342 million euros to 58.986 million euros, Cyprus rising from 2.169 million euros to 2.846 million euros, and Portugal increasing slightly from 25.591 million euros to 27.308 million euros.
The ACP (African, Caribbean, and Pacific) countries saw a decline from 767.010 million euros in 2023 to 750.133 million euros in 2024, a 16.877 million euro drop. Côte d'Ivoire, Cameroon, and the Dominican Republic all experienced reductions. Côte d'Ivoire decreased from 301.005 million euros to 269.740 million euros (31.265 million euros less), while Cameroon increased slightly from 167.921 million euros to 194.312 million euros (26.391 million euros more).
The Dominican Republic declined from 188.571 million euros to 164.652 million euros, a 23.919 million euro drop. However, Ghana, Belize, and Angola recorded increases, with Ghana rising from 74.785 million euros to 85.238 million euros (10.453 million euros more), Belize increasing from 22.284 million euros to 29.230 million euros (6.946 million euros more), and Angola increasing from 12.319 million euros to 6.634 million euros (5.685 million euros less).
Latin America saw a rise from 4.368.859 million euros in 2023 to 4.562.890 million euros in 2024, an increase of 194.031 million euros. Ecuador, Colombia, and Costa Rica all contributed to this increase. Ecuador grew from 1.599.540 million euros to 1.667.794 million euros, an increase of 68.254 million euros.
Colombia also rose, from 1.223.133 million euros to 1.277.415 million euros, gaining 54.282 million euros. Costa Rica followed with a slight increase from 1.053.503 million euros to 1.072.076 million euros, an increase of 18.573 million euros. Other Latin American countries, including Panama, Guatemala, and Peru, also experienced growth, while Brazil saw a decline from 6.552 million euros to 2.460 million euros (4.092 million euros less).
The category for "Other Third Countries" saw a notable decrease from 9.256 million euros in 2023 to 2.135 million euros in 2024, indicating a 7.121 million euro drop. This suggests a lower reliance on non-traditional markets or a shift in sourcing strategies. The ACP + Latin America combined total declined slightly from 5.135.869 million euros in 2023 to 5.313.024 million euros in 2024, an increase of 177.155 million euros.
Finally, the total EU supply increased from 5.728.304 million euros in 2023 to 5.992.787 million euros in 2024, a rise of 264.483 million euros. The EU share rose from 10.2% in 2023 to 11.3% in 2024, while the ACP share slightly declined from 13.4% to 12.5%, and the Latin American share remained stable, moving only slightly from 76.3% to 76.1%.
