The Wabash Valley Audubon Society will host Cultivate Farmstead, Terre Haute’s own local and organic urban farming community, on Wednesday, March 19th at the Dobbs Park Nature Center, 5170 East Poplar St., Terre Haute.

Cultivate Farmstead is a family-owned farm that produces some of the best organically grown food Indiana can offer.

The evening will include a presentation led by Cultivate’s own Harvest Manager, Loriann Hay, who will discuss eco-friendly gardening practices. Loriann has been gardening for 10 years and has a wealth of information on sustainable and organic farming.

Come on out and take advantage of this opportunity before you get your trowels out and your hands dirty.

The Wabash Valley Audubon Society serves Clay, Parke, Sullivan, Vermillion, and Vigo counties.
