Boosted Avocado Toast with Pesto

While avocados are naturally high in fiber, they’re not exactly packed with protein—so to make avocado toast a complete meal, it needs a helping hand. Pair your avocado mash with sprouted-grain toast and white beans for a breakfast that will keep you full all morning long, at 22 grams of fiber and 18 grams of protein.
