Columbus CEO’s Top Workplaces 2025: These 81 employers made the winners list

Columbus CEO is proud to announce the 81 winners of our 2025 Top Workplaces awards. Winners and their rank were determined by CEO’s research partner, Energage, a workplace research firm based in Exton, Pennsylvania.

For the 13th year, CEO and Energage have partnered to recognize the Columbus region’s top employers, based on what their own employees think. Organizations nominate themselves for the program and agree to have their workforce participate in a survey. That feedback is used to determine the winners, who are chosen according to a set of national benchmarks established by Energage. Any for-profit, nonprofit or government organization with at least 50 employees in Central Ohio is eligible to participate.

Winners are listed by their rankings in three size categories based on the number of Columbus region employees. Data is current as of employee surveys from late 2024. Participants’ sectors are self-identified during the nomination process.
