Two officers lost control over their motorcycles in Kirchberg while escorting the President of Singapore, making it the second accident to involve police vehicles this Friday.

It was an eventful Friday morning for Luxembourg police officers on the road.

Earlier this morning, a police car collided with a civilian vehicle on Pont Buchler.

Later on, around 10.45am, two police motorcyclists lost control of their vehicles close to the Kinepolis cinema on Avenue John F. Kennedy, in Kirchberg.

The police presence was due to the state visit of the president of Singapore. The road was subsequently closed to facilitate the cleaning process.
