Kura Sushi launches limited-time 'Kura Reserve' platform

Kura Sushi USA Inc., known for its revolving sushi bars and technology-driven dining, has introduced Kura Reserve, a limited-time platform featuring premium, seasonally-inspired Japanese cuisine, according to a press release. These curated menus will launch eight times annually, each running for two weeks to provide guests with ongoing opportunities to experience unique sushi creations.

The inaugural Kura Reserve menu, available from April 11th to April 24th at participating Kura Revolving Sushi Bar locations, highlights spring flavors with a focus on bluefin tuna and imported Japanese wagyu. Premium bluefin selections include Otoro, Chutoro and Akami, as well as variations like Wasabi Bluefin Tuna Akami and Bluefin Tuna Norimaki. The menu also features Kumamoto Wagyu with garlic chips and a Strawberry Cheesecake Parfait for dessert.

"Kura Reserve allows us to showcase the craft and creativity of our product development team with ingredients that shine at their seasonal best," Newton Hoang, vice president, head of marketing at Kura Sushi USA, said in the release.
