OTHELLO, Wash. - A crash on State Route 26 resulted in the death of a 34-year-old man and two others injured.
The Washington State Patrol said that the crash happened just after midnight 8 miles west of Othello.
Edson, Quintero de la Cruz, 34, from Wenatchee, was driving eastbound when he crashed into the back of a farm tractor.
The man driving the tractor was not injured in the crash but the tractor has reportable damage.
The two other people inside the car were injured in the crash and were transported to Kadlec Regional Medical Center.
The report indicated that the cause of the crash was following too closely. It is unknown if drugs or alcohol were involved.
The Washington State Patrol continues to investigate the incident.
