England have won the inaugural European Transplant Football Championship in Oxfordshire.
The tournament was held over three days at Radley College, with six nations - England, Ireland, Italy, Scotland, Spain, and Wales - competing for the title.
In a tense final, England secured a 1-0 victory over Italy with a last-minute goal.
The victory marks the nation's first win in a men's international football competition since 1966.

"The energy, the determination, and the heart the team showed throughout the tournament was nothing short of remarkable.
"For many of our players, this victory is a symbol of strength, perseverance, and hope.
"We're excited to continue this journey and take these games to the next level.
"Our mission is to not only raise awareness for organ donation but to show that through sport, we can overcome any obstacle."

"We were exhausted, but we kept pushing through, and to get that goal in the last minute was simply unbelievable."
Transplant Active, the charity which organised the tournament, has proposed the establishment of a European Transplant Football Association.
This move aims to enhance the profile of transplant football across Europe and highlight the significance of organ donation and transplantation.
The charity also aims to establish the European Transplant Football Championship as a biennial event, alternating with the World Transplant Games Federation Football World Cup.

Paul Harden, chairman of Transplant Active and event organiser, said: "At Transplant Active, we’re eager to build on the success of last year’s World Transplant Football Cup, held in Cervia, Italy, by organising this first European Transplant Football Championship.
"Subsequently, we are keen to establish the European Transplant Football Championship as a biennial event.
"The European event serves to promote transplant football, whilst raising awareness of the lifesaving and changing impact of organ donation and transplantation."
The British Transplant Games will also be held in Oxfordshire from July 31 to August 3.
The games bring together transplant recipients from across the UK to compete in various sports.
Oxfordshire previously hosted a Transplant Games in 2022, when it welcomed transplant athletes from across Europe for the European Transplant and Dialysis Games.
